2. Purpose
Kinasi is a Digital Risk Protection platform operated by Twister Factory, S.L. At launch, the active modules are Cybersecurity, Social Listening and My Sentinel, aimed at customers in Mexico, Peru, Ecuador and Colombia.
3. Terms of use
Accessing kinasi.com makes you a user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. Users agree to make appropriate use of the site and not to use it for unlawful activities, for activities that infringe third-party rights, or that damage, disable, overload or impair the normal use of the site.
4. Intellectual property
The content of kinasi.com (text, design, the "Kinasi" mark, symbol, code and other elements) belongs to Twister Factory, S.L. or to third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorization is prohibited.
5. Accuracy of service results
Kinasi's modules produce preliminary readings from public sources and third-party providers (breach databases, social networks, search engines, etc.). Results are presented as an indicative diagnosis — specific findings are validated during the demo or the contracted service. Kinasi does not guarantee detection of all existing threats or the absence of false positives or negatives.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and Kinasi's General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute of a contractual or commercial nature (billing, service breach, intellectual property, etc.), the parties submit to the Courts of Guadalajara (Spain), unless the user qualifies as a consumer, in which case the venue corresponding to their domicile will apply.
This clause does not limit the jurisdiction of the data protection authorities of Mexico, Peru, Ecuador or Colombia over matters relating to the processing of personal data of their residents, under applicable local law — see the rights-by-country section in the Privacy Policy.
